Terms of Use

Effective June 22, 2026 ยท Operated by Managed Climb LLC

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, accessing any subscriber-only feature, or otherwise using PilotSeniority.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Free, public-facing pages may be browsed without an account; using any feature that requires an employee number or a subscription means you have agreed to these Terms.

2. Independence and Non-Affiliation

PilotSeniority.com is operated by Managed Climb LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The Service is independently developed and operated. Managed Climb LLC and PilotSeniority.com are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to American Airlines, the Allied Pilots Association (APA), any other airline or labor union, or any regulator or aviation authority.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for active or authorized American Airlines pilots, prospective new hires evaluating an offer (via Prospect Mode), and authorized representatives. To create an account, you must provide a valid AA employee number and hire-date verification that matches the most recent published seniority list. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for using the Service in a manner consistent with any obligations you have to your employer, your union, or applicable law.

4. Data Sources and Informational Use

The Service presents information derived from documents distributed to the AA pilot group, including seniority lists, monthly bid packs, monthly bid award reports, and quarterly vacancy awards. These are the same documents available to every AA pilot through normal authorized channels. Managed Climb LLC aggregates, parses, and analyzes that information for informational use.

The Service is not official airline or union guidance. The data may be incomplete, delayed, or differ from official sources at any time. You agree not to rely on the Service as the sole basis for any career, financial, operational, or safety-related decision and will verify critical information with official sources, including American Airlines, your union representative, and your own contractual or financial advisors as appropriate.

5. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, contractual, operational, or safety advice. Projections, estimates, and analyses are informational illustrations and not guarantees of future events or outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service.

6. Projections and Forward-Looking Estimates

Certain features of the Service โ€” including seniority projections, "when can I hold" estimates, career horizon timelines, projected hold dates, and trip-holdability predictions โ€” are model-based estimates, not predictions or guarantees. They are educated estimates produced by applying assumptions to historical data, and they may not match actual outcomes.

These estimates rest on assumptions that may not hold, including: the timing of future retirements; a pilot growth or hiring rate that you select or that we assume; the replacement of departing pilots on a one-for-one basis; simplified (non-compounded) growth over long horizons; and the premise that past bid-award and seniority patterns are indicative of future results. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our knowledge or control, including American Airlines' hiring and staffing decisions, pilot attrition, fleet and base restructuring, changes to the collective bargaining agreement, and your own bidding choices.

Because of this, projections may be materially wrong, and they will become less reliable the further into the future they extend. You agree not to rely on any projection, estimate, or prediction as the sole basis for any career, financial, relocation, or other decision, and to treat all such output as illustrative only.

7. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your login credentials, allow others to use your account, or impersonate any person. You agree to notify us promptly at admin@pilotseniority.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may restrict, suspend, or revoke account access to protect the Service, comply with law, or address suspected violations of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Access data you are not authorized to view, or attempt to access another user's account.
  • Scrape, crawl, mass-download, or programmatically extract content from the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any non-public component of the Service.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or other security controls.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or interfere with other users' access.
  • Republish, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit data from the Service in violation of law, contract with American Airlines, or any union obligation.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any conduct that we believe violates these Terms, including suspending or terminating your access.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service are available only to paid subscribers. Subscriptions are billed by Managed Climb LLC through Stripe. The current plans are:

  • Monthly: $6.99 USD per month
  • Annual: $69 USD per year

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for the plan unless cancelled before the end of the current period. By subscribing, you authorize Managed Climb LLC, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your Account page on PilotSeniority.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access through that date.

Refunds

New Pro subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if Pro is not for you, email feedback@pilotseniority.com within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After that 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for periods of non-use during an active subscription. Refund requests outside this policy may be sent to admin@pilotseniority.com and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page on PilotSeniority.com, or by emailing admin@pilotseniority.com. Account deletion permanently removes your authentication record, profile preferences, and newsletter subscriptions, and (if you have an active paid subscription) cancels that subscription immediately.

Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records for tax compliance and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse). See the Privacy Policy for details. If you have an active subscription at the time of deletion, you should cancel it through the Stripe customer portal before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.

11. Intellectual Property

Managed Climb LLC owns the Service and its software, designs, page layouts, parsers, and original written analysis content. The underlying source data (seniority lists, bid awards, and similar) is not owned by Managed Climb LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies and are not under the control of Managed Climb LLC. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by third-party providers. Specific providers and their roles are described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Managed Climb LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any data presented in the Service is current, complete, or free of error.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managed Climb LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, employment opportunity, career outcome, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of Managed Climb LLC for any direct damages arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Managed Climb LLC for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Managed Climb LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting admin@pilotseniority.com and engaging in good-faith informal negotiation for at least 30 days.

Any unresolved dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Either party may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief or other equitable relief in those courts to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, or infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property without first engaging in informal negotiation.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, security risk, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to access subscriber-only features ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11 through 16 and Section 18) will survive.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and provide notice by email or in-app notice to active account holders. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
